BJP today demanded the Arvind Kejriwal government to present 'Jan Lokpal Bill' in the coming session of the Delhi Assembly starting from November 18.

Leader of Opposition in Delhi Assembly Vijender Gupta demanded Kejriwal to present the bill in the session.

"If the Bill is not tabled, BJP will not allow Vidhan Sabha to function," Gupta warned.

Questioning the "delay" in introducing the Lokpal Bill in the Assembly, Gupta charged, "It appears that Chief Minister is not keen on implementing his promised Bill."

"The Delhi government is going to amend the Lokayukta Act so that the Lokayukta cannot lay his hand on corrupt people," he claimed, adding that the BJP will not allow the act to be diluted or the bill to be delayed.
