The 12th anniversary celebration of the state's foundation will begin here from November 1 and the concluding programme will be organised on November 6, the sources said.
The President will attend the concluding programme on November 6 evening before proceeding for the Raj Bhawan, where Chhattisgarh Governor Shekhar Dutt would hold a dinner in his honour.
The next day, President Mukherjee will fly to Narayanpur where he will visit the Ramkrishna Mission Ashram and meet the tribal children, their teachers, ashram doctors and other workers.
