President Pranab Mukherjee today arrived here on a three-day visit to his home state during which he is scheduled to attend a number of programmes in the state capital.
Mukherjee arrived in an IAF special flight at the N S C Bose International airport here at 12:45 PM.
He then left for the Jadavpur University for a function.
Mukherjee will attend a number of programmes, including the valedictory function of the sesquicentennial celebrations of the Calcutta High Court during his visit.
