Prez to embark on 2-day visit to West Bengal tomorrow

President Pranab Mukherjee will be visiting West Bengal for two days beginning tomorrow to attend some programmes including the inauguration of new buildings of a girls' college in North 24-Parganas.

The President will tomorrow inaugurate the centenary building of Asutosh College at Ramakrishna Mission Institute of Culture, Kolkata, a press release issued today by Rashtrapati Bhavan said.

On Thursday, he will inaugurate a new building of Sarada Ma Girls' College of Ramakrishna Vivekananda Mission at Barasat in North 24-Parganas district.

He will also inaugurate the centenary year celebrations of Sree Sree Adya Maa's advent with the opening of Adyapeath Annada B.Ed College and a five-storeyed building for the accommodation of 1,000 orphan boys at Dakshineswar Ramakrishna Sangha Adyapeath, Kolkata before returning to New Delhi, it said.
