In Patna, the President will attend the launching ceremony of Agriculture Road Map of Bihar (2012-2017) and also unveil the Plaque of Rajendra Mandap hall on October 3, 2012.
"On the same day, the President will address the 4th Convocation of Lalit Narayan Mithila University at Darbhanga," a Rashtrapati Bhavan spokesman said in a statement today.
The next day, on October 4, the President will inaugurate the 7th Edition of India CHEM 2012, an event of Chemicals and Petrochemicals Industry, at Mumbai.
