After inaugurating the state government sponsored Conference (Prapancha Telugu Mahasabha) at the Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University grounds, the President would lay the foundation stone for an International Convention Centre here, an official communique said.
Later, the President would offer worship at the nearby Lord Venkateswara shrine in the afternoon.
After a few hours stay at Sri Padmavathi Guest House on the hills, the President would leave for Hyderabad.
Andhra Pradesh Governor, ESL. Narasimhan and Chief Minister N Kirankumar Reddy would accompany the President during his visit to the temple town, official sources said.
