President Pranab Mukherjee will visit Raipur tomorrow to inaugurate golden jubilee convocation of Pandit Ravishankar Shukla University.
The University, founded in 1964, is the oldest institution of higher education in Chhattisgarh and named after the first chief minister of Madhya Pradesh.
