Prime Minister Manmohan Singh does not own any land, agricultural or non-agricultural, but owns a 1996 model Maruti 800 car and has movable assets, including fixed deposits, of over Rs 3.87 crore.
The PM also has two residential properties as per the affidavit submitted yesterday along with his nomination papers seeking a fifth term in the Rajya Sabha from Assam.
With a total income of Rs 40,51,964 during 2011-12, the financial year for which he filed his last income tax returns, the Prime Minister has stated that his total movable assets are valued at Rs 3,87,63,188, while his wife Gursharan Kaur has movable assets of Rs 20,27,902.

Singh's Maruti 800 car's current value has been put at Rs 21,033 in the affidavit.
His immovable assets include a two-storied house at Chandigarh's Sector 11 B with a plot area of 4,498.5 sq ft which he had purchased in 1987 at Rs 8.62 lakh. The approximate current market value of the property has been mentioned as Rs 4,92,50,000.
Singh's other residential property is an apartment in New Delhi's Vasant Kunj locality with a built-up area of 1,495.53 sq ft which was purchased in 1991 for Rs 4.18 lakh and its approximate current market value is Rs 2.60 crore.
Singh's wife does not own any residential or commercial property as per the affidavit, but has movable assets of Rs 16,62,570 as savings with the State Bank of Patiala in Chandigarh, besides 150.8 gram of gold ornaments worth Rs 3,45,332.
With no loans or dues to any bank or financial institution, the Prime Minister along with his wife has shown the liabilities as nil in the affidavit.
Owning no immovable property in Assam which he has been representing continuously in the Upper House since 1991, Singh has shown his postal address as "House No 3899, Nandan Nagar, Village-Sarumotoria, Guwahati, Assam-781006."
Then Assam Chief Minister late Hiteswar Saikia had given on rent a part of his house to Singh in 1991 when he was nominated to the Rajya Sabha from Assam.
As per the affidavit, Singh had passed his BA from Hindu College, Amritsar, in 1952 and his MA from Punjab University College, Hoshiarpur, in 1954, did his Tripos (Masters) in 1957 from St John's College, Cambridge University, in 1957 and his D.Phil from Nuffield College, Oxford University, in 1962.
