Primitive humans turned dinosaur fossils into weapons

Eight weapons of this kind were found in the neighbouring Dhar district during a recent expedition, Vishal Verma of Mangal Panchayat Parishad, a group which undertakes archaeological excavations in the area, told PTI.

This included an axe and something resembling a blade.

The primitive humans may not be aware that "stones," out of which they were fashioning weapons, were actually fossils, he said.
