Harry, the third-in-line to the throne, was seen hugging blonde model Anna Solheim, after the naked Las Vegas snaps were published.
The Apache pilot, 27, was embraced by the wife of polar adventurer Inge, the Sun reported.
Anna, who is in her early 30s, cuddled Harry in the car park of trendy restaurant Gjelina in the Venice area of Los Angeles.
There is no suggestion Anna is anything more than friends with Harry, who is close pals with her hubby Inge, the report said.
Back in April, she had joined her 37-year-old husband and Harry before their Walking With The Wounded polar trek.
The photographs of Harry standing naked in a hotel suite were published just two days back in the United States by celebrity news website TMZ.Com.
In one of the two photographs, Harry is pictured, apparently wearing only a watch and a necklace, covering his genitals with his hands while another person, who also appears to be nude, stands close behind him.
In the other, he is bent over bear-hugging a second person, who also appears to be naked.
