Printvenue raises $4.5 million from Asia Pacific Internet Group

The new round of capital investment will be used to expand company's business within the Asia Pacific region

Printvenue, an online portal for printing and personalised products, today said it has secured $4.5 million (about Rs 27.8 crore) funding from the Asia Pacific Internet Group.

Through this funding, the company would join APACIG's network that operates in 15 countries, of which Printvenue is active in two -- Singapore and Australia.

APACIG is a joint venture of Rocket Internet and Ooredoo. Founded in 2014, the group's network consists of 12 e-commerce and online marketplace companies.

"The new round of capital investment will be used to expand our business within the Asia Pacific region and increase our market leadership in other markets by continuing our growth," Printvenue.com MD and Co-Founder Saurabh Kochhar said.
 

Kochhar further said that "in the long-run, it is our vision to become the world's one-stop shop for all the printing needs".

Established in 2012, Printvenue is an online portal that enables ordering customised office stationery, business cards, letterheads, cardholder and other personalised accessories.

It offers a choice of ready-to-customise templates which can simply be ordered online. The service is available in India, Singapore and Australia. The company has delivered more than 700,000 items.
