A prisoner, serving life term, allegedly committed suicide in jail premises here, police said today.
Babloo (40), hailing from Abupur village, hanged himself last evening in his cell in Dasna Jail. He was serving life term along with his brother for killing their neighbour some 14 years ago, Jail Superintendent S P Yadav said.
The body has been sent for post mortem, SHO of Masuri, Hari Dayal Singh Yadav said.
