Priyanka stuns as 'madam-sir' Abha Mathur in 'Jai Gangaajal'

With power in her eyes and calmness in her voice, Priyanka Chopra has hit the right chord as Superintendent of Police (SP) Abha Mathur in the first trailer of Prakash Jha's "Jai Gangaajal: The End Game".

The 33-year-old Bollywood diva plays a deglam role of the first woman SP of Bankepur district, dominated by corrupt politician played by Manav Kaul and his side kicks.

Priyanka shared the first trailer of the film on Twitter.

"Here it is... The quickest film I've ever shot! Introducing #AbhaMathur in a role & film I am so very proud of ," she wrote.

The two minutes 48 second long clip also feautres director Prakash Jha in the role of dishonest police officer BN Singh.
 

Jha, 63, is making his full fledged acting debut with the film shares some powerful scenes with her lead actress, whom he calls "madam-sir" in the movie.

The trailer starts with Priyanka taking over the charge as the SP and goes on bringing the balance to a place where one, who breaks the law earns the respect.

Produced by Prakash Jha Productions and Play Entertainment, "Jai GangaaJal" will release on March 4, 2016.
