: Real estate consulting firm CBRE- South Asia is to hold its 11th 'PropFair' here from June 29.
The three-day property fair is expected to draw over 60 builders showcasing more than 300 projects, a press release from the company said.
The company, which completes 20 years of presence in Chennai this year, is organising the fair for buyers looking to invest in properties across the city, the release said.
"In line with our celebration of 20 years, our commitment to the market is further reinforced with the 11th edition of the fair", CBRE head of Residential Services, India, Rajat Johar said in the press release.
"This (fair) will bring together the best of industry leaders under one platform and offer the best residential projects under one roof", he said.
The city witnessed growth of apartment units from 38,000 units in 2007 to more than 1.95 lakh units in 2017, the release said.
The infrastructure and policy initiatives by the government was expected to give a boost and augment housing demand in the region, it added.
