Getting warrants from a special CBI court to attach property, a CBI team today went to the house of Rai's brother in Deogarh district, a CBI official said here.

"We got attachment warrants from the court as the couple has been evading arrest. Only because of these two persons the case has not yet begun," the official told PTI.

Rai, who was arrested in 2009 and is in judicial remand since then, is also facing a disproportionate assets case.
