A public interest litigation (PIL) filed before the Gujarat High court here today alleged government apathy towards families of martyred soldiers from the state and demanded that land as well as petrol pumps be provided to them.

The PIL, filed by city-based lawyer Kishor Paul, has submitted that the government had utterly neglected families of the martyred soldiers.
