Providing infrastructure to judiciary is the state government's top priority, Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis today said.
He was speaking at the foundation stone laying ceremony for an annexe to the high court building here.
Better infrastructure leads to speeding up of justice delivery, Fadnavis said.
The annexe building will house 12 courtrooms, 24 chambers for judges, an auditorium and offices.
Fadnavis today also inaugurated the new administrative building of Aurangabad police commissioner's office.
Adoption of new technology has helped police in curbing crime, he said.
Digitisation has made the police department more efficient and brought in transparency, the chief minister added.
