The budget session of the union territory assembly will begin on August 26 with the address of Lt Governor Kiran Bedi.
The session reconvened by the Speaker will begin at 9.30 a.m. on August 26, assembly secretary A Vincent Rayar said in a release on Friday.
The Secretary told PTI that the session will begin with customary address by Bedi and the date of presentation of the budget for the fiscal 2019-20 would be decided at a meeting of the Business Advisory Committee.
The duration of the session would also be decided by the committee.
The opposition AINRC on August 20 had submitted a notice for moving a no-confidence motion against Speaker V P Sivakolundhu, accusing him of participating in ruling Congress sponsored meetings.
The assembly in its earlier session in March this year passed a Vote on Account Bill earmarking funds for various government departments to meet their expenditure for the first five months from April.

A full-fledged budget could not be passed either because of the Lok Sabha poll and for want of nod from the Centre for the proposals.
The State Planning Board which met under the chairmanship of the Lt Governor on July 13 had projected the fiscal requirement of Puducherry for 2019-20 at Rs 8,425 crores.
