Puducherry Lt Governor Lt General (retired) A K Singh RPT A K Singh today greeted Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the occasion of his 64th birth day.
In his message to Modi, he said that he took immense pleasure in extending "heartiest greetings and best wishes on the occasion of your 64th birth day on behalf of the people of Puducherry and on his personal behalf."
He said that "people of this nation reposing confidence in your strong, decisive and dynamic leadership gave a historic mandate. We pray to God to bless you with good health and happiness so that people of our country may benefit from your enlightened leadership and great commitment to take the country on the path of peace, prorgress and prosperity", he added.
