Pulse prices end flat in thin trade

There was not much activity at the wholesale pulses market today as prices moved in a narrow range by and large in scattered deals and settled around the previous levels.

Traders said ample stocks position against sporadic demand mainly kept prices unaltered.

Following are today's pulses rates (in Rs per quintal):

Urad Rs 6,100-7,100, Urad Chilka (local) Rs 6,400-6,500, Urad best Rs 6,500-7,000, Dhoya Rs 6,900-7,200, Moong Rs 5,300-5,500, Dal Moong Chilka local Rs 5,800-6,000, Moong Dhoya local Rs 6,400-6,900 and best quality Rs 6,900-7,100.

Masoor small Rs 4,900-5,000, bold Rs 4,950-5,100, Dal Masoor local Rs 5,300-5,800, best quality Rs 5,400-5,900, Malka local Rs 6,100-6,300, best Rs 6,200-6,400, Moth Rs 3,600-4,000, Arhar Rs 4,850, Dal Arhar Dara Rs 6,700-8,500.
 

Gram Rs 7,400-7,600, Gram dal (local) Rs 8,200-8,500, best quality Rs 8,600-8,700, Besan (35 kg), Shakti Bhog Rs 3,800, Rajdhani Rs 3,800, Rajma Chitra Rs 6,500-9,000, Kabuli Gram small Rs 9,000-9,500, Dabra Rs 2,700-2,800, Imported Rs 4,700-5,100, Lobia Rs 5,400-5,600, Peas white Rs 2,500-2,525 and green Rs 2,700-2,800.
