State-owned Punjab State Bus Stand Management Company (PUNBUS) today said it was carrying out a survey at major bus stands across the state to get passengers' feedback towards its bus services.

Students of regional MBA institutes have been roped in for conducting the survey, he said, adding information about availability of buses, condition of bus stands, behaviour of drivers and conductors and the problems faced by the commuters was being sought.
