Days after PCC chief Amarinder Singh promised he would eradicate the drug menace "within few months" if his party comes to power in the state, local Congress and BJP leaders accused each other of "owning and blessing" the drug businesse.
Jalandhar district Congress chief Rajindra Beri today alleged that senior BJP leader Manoranjan Kalia is "patron" of the drug business in Kajimandi area.
Kalia hit back saying "Beri and his family members are involved in business of 'black oil'. And they have been booked several times for this."
