The Punjab government has directed all departments to upload information regarding applications they receive under Right to Information Act and their replies on their websites.
A communique in this regard has also asked them to upload information regarding applications filed before First Appellate Authority and its decision.
The communique issued by Directorate, Governance Reforms, Punjab to all Financial Commissioners, Principal Secretaries, Administrative Secretaries, has asked them to issue detailed directions in this regard, an official spokesman said here today.
The decision has been taken in compliance with the Supreme Court directions of 2014, he added.
