It also mourned the recent death of former Kerala Governor and ex Chief Justice of Jammu and Kashmir High Court Sukhdev Singh Kang.
The cabinet, which met under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal, recalled the services rendered by him towards the nation as Chief Justice of Jammu and Kashmir and later on as Governor of Kerala, an official spokesman said here.
