"The orders have been issued to all the Circle Education Officers, District Education Officers (Secondary) and (Elementary) to provide the details of convicted employees working under their respective jurisdictions," a spokesman of education department said.
He said details have been sought for immediate dismissal of such employees without "issuing them prior notice and without personal hearing."
Those employees, who have got their convictions suspended or stayed by the higher courts, would also be dismissed, the spokesman said.
He said that in case of the appellate court acquits any convicted employee then the exercise of reinstating him/her would be initiated.
