Delhi's Purana Qila is set to get a facelift with public sector construction firm NBCC inking an agreement to provide funds for the historic fort under its CSR activities.
NBCC will provide up to Rs 14.35 crore in phases over the next five years for conservation and development of the fort.
The Archaeological Survey of India (ASI), National Culture Fund (NCF) and NBCC today inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the purpose, an official release said.
The funds will provided under NBCC's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
