Former soccer ace David Beckham has described Queen Elizabeth II as 'the most amazing woman'.
Beckham, 39, who admits that he was raised in a patriotic family, said that getting the opportunity to meet the Queen was one of the best things that he has ever done, reported Femalefirst.
Beckham went to Buckingham Palace in 2003 when he was awarded an OBE.

"My grandparents brought me up to be a real royalist. They would make us sit down on Christmas Day and watch the Queen's speech and they would take us to the changing of the guard," he said.
Beckham enjoyed a two decade football career before he called time at the end of the 2012-13 season. His career had seen him play for Manchester United, Real Madrid and LA Galaxy, as well as captaining the England side.
Now that Beckham has hung up his boots he says that he is looking forward to what lies ahead.
"I wouldn't say I have a bucketlist... I'm relatively young. You definitely start to embrace things a lot more.
