Queen Elizabeth II's Bond girl like comic sketch for the London Olympics 2012 opening ceremony has been voted as the best moment of her 61-year reign.
Her cameo alongside James Bond actor Daniel Craig topped in a Twitter poll held to mark her 87th birthday on Sunday.
The Diamond Jubilee Thames flotilla celebrations, when she braved the elements in stoic English spirit, was voted second, followed by the all-star Diamond Jubilee concert outside Buckingham Palace in June last year.

Users of the social media network responded to #HappyBirthdayMaam to also pick out more general features of the monarch's style in their Top 10, including the royal wave, walking the royal corgis, and the Queen's stylish wardrobe.
Greetings card firm Hallmark, which commissioned the survey, has sent the Queen a giant card for Sunday's birthday.
It features a silhouette of the royal made up of tweets.
"We're thrilled with how the card looks and we hope that Her Majesty likes it too. Bringing the tradition of sending a birthday card together with the modern phenomenon of tweeting to reveal the nation's favourite memories of the Queen was a really exciting project," Hallmark spokesperson Tamsyn Johnston-Hughes said.
"We were delighted that via Twitter we could give so many people the chance to contribute their best wishes. There's no replacement for a tangible card when it comes to showing how much you care," she added.
The Queen does not tweet herself but does have an official Twitter account @BritishMonarchy.
She is expected to spend her birthday privately at Windsor Castle over the weekend.
