Filmmaker Quentin Tarantino reportedly clashed with a fan when she tried to take a 'selfie' photograph with the famed director at the premiere of his new film.

The Oscar winner unveiled western movie "The Hateful Eight" at the Ziegfeld Theater in New York but he had an awkward encounter with a female fan ahead of the screening, according to the New York Daily News.

While Tarantino was enjoying a drink in the lobby prior to the premiere, a woman leaned over and tried to take a photo of him but the filmmaker snapped.

As shocked onlookers watched, he allegedly told the fan, "No! No! I don't like that honey. No, I won't be in your selfie... This is my movie and my theatre. Not tonight, not now. No. That's like asking someone in church. It's not right. No.
