Technology solutions firm R Systems International today said its board will consider next week a proposal for buying back of shares.
"A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 14, 2016 to consider and approve the proposal for buy-back of equity shares of the Company," it said in a regulatory filing.
It offers a wide array of IT and IT-enabled services.
R Systems International stock closed 5.14 per cent up at Rs 58.30 on BSE.
