Chief Minister Raghubar Das today met Union Road Transport and Highways minister Nitin Gadkari in New Delhi and said that Jharkhand is getting important cooperation from the Road Transport ministry.
Development of infrastructure, specially Union Road department, is giving important cooperation in the development of roads, an official release said quoting the chief minister.
Calling upon Gadkari, the chief minister said that it was a matter of joy that through NHAI 722 km national high ways are being executed worth Rs 11,000 crore in Jharkhand. And the state government is also discharging its responsibility, he added.
