Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi has condoled the deaths in the "tragic" flyover collapse in Kolkata today.
"I express my deep condolences to the families of the people who died in the tragic incident in north Kolkota," Gandhi said before addressing an election meeting in Tezpur.
