Congress President Rahul Gandhi is likely to visit Sevagram Ashram in Wardha district of Maharashtra, where Mahatma Gandhi once lived, on October 2, party sources said Saturday.
October 2 is the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi.
According to party sources, Rahul Gandhi's itinerary is being worked out and will be announced from Delhi.
"A Congress Working Committee (CWC) meeting is also likely to take place in Sevagram on that day," the sources said.
