For Rajasthan's second phase polling on April 24 in five remaining Lok Sabha segments, Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi will address an election rally at Karauli on April 20.
Congress leader Kumari Selja, in-charge of party affairs in the state, will visit Karuali and Sawaimadhopur districts tomorrow to review preparations for Gandhi's rally, a party spokesperson said here today.
