Sudarshan Ram (40), in an an inebriated condition, misbehaved with three women passengers in coach B-4 of Dibrugarh Rajdhani express late last night, they said.
"One of the three women, travelling to Delhi, lodged a complaint with GRP station at Mughalsarai Railway station against the coach attendant," GRP Inspector Ratan Singh Yadav said.
Yadav said the attendant was immediately arrested.
