A 58-year-old railway employee was shot dead by some persons allegedly over old enmity at Nagla Chaturbhanpur village here.
Kishan Pal was shot at by attackers last night, police said today, adding he died on the spot.
The incident was stated to be fallout of old enmity.
An FIR has been registered against six persons on the complaint of the family members of the deceased, police said, adding no arrest has been made so far.
