Rain stops play as India reach 119 for three vs Lanka

India reached 119 for three against Sri Lanka after being put into bat as rain stopped proceedings in the final round robin encounter of the Celkon Cup Tri Series here today.

Heavens opened up at the end of the 29th over with opener Rohit Sharma (48 batting) and Suresh Raina (4 batting) at the crease.

Shikhar Dhawan (15), skipper Virat Kohli (31) and Dinesh Karthik (12) were back in the pavilion.

Left-arm spinner Rangana Herath got two wickets while Angelo Mathews got a wicket.
