Delhiites experienced a pleasant day today with the rains bringing the day's temperature down by a notch and giving a respite from humidity.
However, rains once again brought with it the perennial problem of water-logging which slowed the traffic on roads, leading to long traffic jams.
"The maximum temperature saw a drop of one degree Celsius, before settling at 32.7 deg C, while the humidity level hovered between 75 per cent to 95 per cent. The minimum temperature was recorded at 26.7 deg C, which is normal for this time of the year," the Met department said.
