Deputy Commissioner Sunil Choudhary said the loss due to damage caused by rains and flash floods had been compiled and was assessed at Rs 24 crore.
He said the flash floods claimed two lives and 56 cattle heads. Besides, 92 houses and 52 cowsheds collapsed due to unprecedented rains.
