The capital Delhi recorded a maximum of 36.9 degrees celsius and a minimum of 26.3 degrees celsius. Rainfall recorded in the city was around 0.1 mm and the humidity oscillated between 50-90 per cent.
Several places in Rajasthan barring Bikaner and Jodhpur received light to moderate rainfall.
Sawaimadhopur, Uniara, Karauli, Govindgarh and Bayana were some of the places which recorded rains.
In Himachal Pradesh, the day temperature dropped as moderate rains accompanied by strong winds remained active in the hill state.
The maximum temperature stayed two to four degrees below normal. Una was hottest in the state at 31 degrees Celsius, two degrees below normal.
Bakloh in Chamba district was wettest in the region with 48 mm of rains. Hamirpur, Dharamsala and Sihunta recorded 40 mm, 33 mm and 32 mm of rains.
