Consensus on the decision was made today at an all-party meet here today.
The meeting chaired by Rajasthan assembly Speaker Deependra Singh Shekhawat was held after the assembly session was adjourned sine dine.
Ratna Gupta, then In-charge of Mahila Thana Gandhi Nagar Jaipur, did not cooperate and allegedly misbehaved with the committee member who had gone to the police station for a sudden inspection on July 19, 2010.
She also refused to produce the record of the police station before the committee then headed by BJP legislator Suryakanta Vyas.
The committee submitted its report to the Speaker who referred the matter to privilege committee of the House.
The privilege committee issued notices to the inspector directing her to appear before it for statement but she did not turn up and approached the High Court, official sources said.
