Rajasthan Assembly Speaker Kailash Meghwal today terminated the membership of B L Kushwah from the Legislative Assembly after he was convicted and sentenced to life imprisonment by a Dholpur court in a murder case.

The Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) MLA from Dholpur was sentenced to life imprisonment by the court on December 8 in a 2012 murder case.
