In a meeting between Rajasthan Cabinet and BJP's state unit, the party today discussed strategy ahead of the upcoming state Assembly elections.
State BJP president Ashok Parnami said that it was purely an organisational meeting in which strategy for achieving mission- 180 in Rajasthan Assembly election and mission- 25 in general election was discussed.
Ministers were asked to tour their areas for infusing fresh energy in party workers and clear their doubts, if any, he said.
He said the BJP's defeat in the recent bypolls was also discussed for giving an apt reply to the Congress in the upcoming elections.
The meeting was attended by BJP state in-charge V Satish and general secretary (organisation) Chandra Shekhar.
Parnami ruled out any expansion or changes in the state cabinet saying that it was mere a speculation.
It was an organisational meeting and expansion or any changes in the state cabinet was privilege of the chief minister and the organisation does not interfere in the matter, Parnami said.
