Rajasthan BJP today launched 'Mahasampark Abhiyan' here to connect with newly-enrolled party members and select those who can devote time and take forward the party's programme to households.
"We will tell the new members about our ideology, our stand on construction of Ram temple, Article 370 of the Constitution, and take the achievements of our governments, both at the Centre and states, where the party is ruling, to the new members," said BJP leader and Rajasthan campaign incharge Kailash Vijayvargiya.
After addressing a state-level workshop, he said, the party has enrolled 78 lakh members in Rajasthan, who will be approached during the Mahasampark Abhiyan.

"The aim of the drive is to connect with the new members, who will be asked to provide their details in a 30-point proforma. Our aim is to make the cadre-based mass party and increase our base and reach," he said, adding that the exercise is scheduled to be completed in next three months.
"The exercise will also give us public feedback about the governments and their functioning," he said.
On the national level the party would reach out to all the 10 crore members across the country to choose from among them 15 lakh to carry forward the the party's programme, Vijayvargiya said.
