The decision was taken in a meeting chaired by Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot today.
"The UPA government has given pro-people programmes and schemes after coming to power," Gehlot told reporters here while adding that the rally in Delhi will be a success.
"Over one lakh Congress workers from the state would participate in this rally," Pradesh Congress Committee Chief Chadrabhan said after the meeting.
Meanwhile, Chief Minster also said that the launching of Aadhaar enabled service delivery in Dudu yesterday was a successful programme.
Gehlot refuted charges made by BJP that Jat leaders were neglected in the launching function, saying it was an "unfortunate" statement
"It was a government programme, not a political one," he said.
BJP leader Digambar Singh had yesterday alleged that Jat leaders had been neglected during the launch of Aadhar-enable service delivery system, which was attended by PM Manmohan Singh and Congress president Sonia Gandhi.
