The commission reviewed the agricultural status of the state and gave its recommendations on 16 key areas like agriculture technologies, animal husbandry, crop insurance, among others, an official here said.
The recommendations were made on the basis of the outcome of meetings held at the divisional level, which were attended by farmers and officers.
