The Rajasthan government on Wednesday announced a package for the family of army jawan Hawaldar Nimb Singh who was killed in the Uri terror attack in Jammu and Kashmir.
Singh was a resident of Rajsamand district.
Under the package, Rs 20 lakh will be given to his widow.
Bhim MLA Hari Singh Rawat will hand over the cheque to her tomorrow, a release said.
The package was announced on Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje's direction.

The government higher primary school at Biliawas gram panchayat in Rajsamand will also be named after the jawan, the release added.
Besides, his widow or son or an unmarried daughter will also be given a government job, it said.
Singh's children – four daughters and a son – will get free education in a government school, college, technical institute or medical or engineering college, along with scholarships, it added.
Other facilities to be accorded to his family include free travel passes in state buses and a monthly allowance of Rs 900 for his widow, the release said.
