Rajasthan government has prepared the draft of a bill to regulate private colleges and other higher education institutions through a regulatory authority and invited suggestions and objection from stakeholders.
Higher Education Minister Kalicharan Saraf said the government wants the authority to be effective and without any "controversy" therefore invited the suggestions and objections from all the stakeholders before finalising the bill.
The Minister informed that the draft has been uploaded on the department's website.
