Raj govt signs MoU with pvt institute to provide free coaching

The Rajasthan government today signed a memorandum of understanding with a private coaching institute to provide free coaching to students in remote areas preparing for medical and engineering competitive examinations.

State School Education Minister Vasudev Devnani said that students at 770 government schools and 11 district education and training institutes will be able to take the "virtual classes" free of cost.

He said students living in remote areas of the state will be able to get quality education for competitive examinations.

The MoU was signed by commissioner of Council of Secondary Education on behalf of the state government and by the management of a coaching institute.
 

To start with, Class 11 students will be able to avail coaching classes virtually. In the next phase, coaching will be provided to Class 12 students.

Study material will be arranged by the coaching institute for the students, Devnani said.
