Two MLAs of Nationalist Zamindara Party today staged a brief sit-in on the premises of Rajasthan Assembly against the state government accusing it of neglecting Sriganganagar district in the state budget.
Kamini Jindal and Sona Devi staged the sit-in in the Assembly premises for nearly 10 minutes.
"The state government has deliberately ignored Sriganganagar district in the budget for political reasons," Jindal told reporters.

She said BJP faced defeat in the district in the assembly polls therefore the government is meting out "step motherly treatment" to Sriganganagar.
The Zamindara party has two MLAs in the house of 200. Both were elected from Sriganganagar district.
